Have these treats chilling in the refrigerator for Conney since it's her birthday! Only made a half batch since this seemed like a lot. Gave her the bowl to lick after I was done, and she carried it around for 15 minutes. I think that means she likes them :)

Today at Dirty Dawgz the fine people from Operation Kindness were offering cheap dog baths with complementary nail clippings.
Casie wasn't to sure if she wanted to go since it's raining. Conney hates the rain. She's not a big fan of baths either. I insisted we take her since Conney really needed her nails clipped and neither of us has any idea how to do it.
Fortunately the Operation Kindness volunteers had clearly clipped many dog paws before. And Conney didn't seem to mind the bath too much.
Now she's all clean and her claws are nice and short!
I'm pretty bad about remembering to upload pictures I take with my phone. Sooner or later Casie and I are going to get a nice DSLR (we were thinking a Canon T3i with an 18-135mm lens),
Conney and Kyle!
This is without a doubt the best Valentines Day card I've ever received.
This is just too cute to not post here. CorgiPals on Etsy has adorable fleece corgi hats for a good cause.
I have been looking for toys that will help keep Conney entertained during the week while Sean and I are at work. Lately, she's been getting a bit mischievous: walking around on the coffee table and flinging magazines across the room (weird), tossing my shoes all over, moving anything from the dining table to the floor, etc. I've been debating treat and food dispensing toys and reading online reviews. I first decided to try out the IQ ball toy.
And a video:
Haven't updated in a while... oops.
Conney wages her second battle with the orange tabby cat. Yesterday's chase resulted in the cat climbing a giant tree.
I never got around to taking these off my phone until now. Some are from the 16th and there's a few from the North Texas Corgi Meetup.
- Chased a cat up a tree.
- Shredded some tissues.
- Somehow got the cap off Sean's chapstick and ate it.
- Moved my sweatshirt from the middle of the dining table to the floor.
- Refused to go out in the rain so she had to be carried.
- Flung my nice leather boots in the air with her mouth (even though I moved them to a place she couldn't get to during the day).
- Pounced on my face as soon as the alarm went off this morning.
The nice, well-behaved Conney we adopted might have all been an act.
